To make
the application and interview process as easy as possible,
please bring the following material with you:

of eligibility to work such as Alien Registration
card, INS card, passport

of licenses and certificates
- Names,
addresses and phone numbers of all previous employers
for the past 5 years.
- Names,
addresses and phone numbers of 3 personal references-not
related to you.
