Respite Care
This
service assists dedicated families who are caring for a
disabled or frail loved one by relieving them of their care-providing
tasks for a period of time. This relief allows for tending
to personal business or for valuable recreation.
The
mode of Respite Care Service is based on the needs of the
client and the family. It can range from a home health aide
who will assist for a few hours a day to full time coverage
while the family goes on a trip. Respite can be provided
in the patient's home or in a special Alternate Family Care
home.
